What a Semester
With the semester finally coming to a close, it feels like I can finally take a breath. It feels like with everything I had going on, it has just been a constant uphill battle. This has by far been the busiest semester I’ve ever had with five classes, capstone, and a part-time job working around 20-25 hours per week. It may not seem like a lot of hours, and it really isn’t, but coupled with the amount of school work and exams I’ve had to study for I’ve barely had time for myself. I’ve said in one of my previous posts that I had to quite literally plan a day for me to do nothing. There has been one good thing to come out of this semester though. I was able to get out of taking a January term course! I won’t even have to take it in the spring, I was able to get out of it completely.
I am just one semester closer to graduating and it’s so exciting! Over winter break I need to start applying for jobs and I don’t know where to start. It feels so odd to be so close to a goal and yet no idea how to get there. I know exactly what I want to do later in life, but the process in which it’ll take to get there, no idea. The first thing I’ll have to do is just make a to-do list. Or do I just go with the flow and see where it takes me?
I’m not sure yet if this will be my last post on this blog site. Although I enjoyed posting different things throughout this semester, it is a possibility that I may just completely forget to post all together. I’m almost thinking of maybe seeing if my friends want to have a little blog circle with just each other.
